The development and construction of machines, whether table-top devices or production systems, follows a standardized process.
In close coordination with the customer, these are the following project phases:
- Requirement engineering, the most important step at the beginning of any development. We work out the definition of the necessary parameters for development, manufacture and commissioning in this phase and record the results in an exchange of specifications and functional specifications.
- Parallel to the specification, we develop all the necessary concepts for the mechanics, the electronics and the software. This will give you an exact schedule for project implementation as well as a detailed offer.
- We then develop all the necessary manufacturing documents according to the applicable standards.
- The verification as well as the validation of the machine takes place in our company together with the customer.
- We can implement all necessary steps for CE conformity or support our customers in this.
